The duduk, duduk, duduki, doudoug or dadouk is an instrument of Armenian double reed music
like the oboe found in many countries: Georgia, where it is called duduki,
Iran and Azerbaijan, where it is called balaban and Chinese Turkestan Balaman.
In 2005, UNESCO proclaimed "The Duduk and its Music" intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
