Rebana is a name that refers to several types of frame drums, drums and timbales barrel used in Malaysia  to Brunei and Indonesia. Indonesian rebana are distinguished (before 1937). Description of some types of Rebana:     • Rebana frame drum: the rebana Sumatra has a membrane made ​​of goatskin and a wide wooden frame       18 to 45 cm in diameter and sometimes bells.     • Rebana to timbales:               ○ the rebana besar Malaysia (Kelantan) has a diameter of 91 cm and a width of 55 cm.                 The drum is made of wood merbau and the membrane is made of buffalo hide or cow. It has at its base 15 growths                 Wood for the grant. It rests on a pedestal.                 ○ the rebana ubi Terengganu and Kelantan in Malaysia, is similar but vary in size and smaller                 (45-68 cm diameter and 35-50 cm wide).                 ○ the Kecil rebana or rebana anak is a smaller version of 38 cm in diameter and 30 cm wide.                 ○ the rebana or rebana berarak is shaped more and more bowl sizes (or ibu anak).       • Rebana drum barrel: the rebana kecubong is a cylindrical drum 40 cm long and 30 cm           in diameter with a membrane made of goatskin.
